Obligations

When you hear someone say that the world is "cold" you usually know what variation of the meaning their using. It's funny how there can be simple causes of the effect or major ones. Most are just causes of someone trying to follow a set of rules, without using their common sense. I'm not saying break rules because that's wrong and could sway in the favor of the parties involved. So if something seems cold, take a step back and get it back to a neutral temperature.
